After 5 years of working for another company out in the field and gaining lots of experience along the way, I decided it was time for a change. During this time I was in the financial crisis of my life. I was jobless, in debt over my head from college and living with my then girlfriend, who is now my wife, in the cheapest place I could find, a garage I rented for $40 a month. With not much more to lose than my sanity, I knew I had to give it my all if I was going to get this business off the ground. She and I started out from the bottom, with no capital, no loans, just a truck, a broom and desire to better serve the Saint Louis community. We would regularly go out for long hours, handing out fliers to anyone and everyone. This is my story in a nutshell, and and I hope it will inspire others like me. It just goes to show that even a 'nobody' like me with an idea and a desire to live a better life through hard work and commitment, can blossom and grow to produce beautiful fruit by never giving up!
With lots perseverance, dedication and motivation, after our 3rd year in business I can finally say Lawn and Beyond is here to stay! We have reinvested every dollar earned to continue to grow and better serve our clients. Starting out in 2014, Lawn and Beyond LLC had no more than a truck, a push mower and a passion for serving St. Louis with lawn care and landscaping. Less than 5 years later our team has grown, our equipment has been upgraded to handle any project and our company has served over 200 satisfied and happy clients. We continue to build on a solid foundation of customer loyalty while planting seeds of growth every step of the way.
